NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

The Prescott Valley Charter School Governing Board

 

Pursuant to Arizona Revised Status (A.R.S) 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott Valley Charter School and to the general public that the School Governing Board will be holding a meeting, open to the public as specified below, Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 1:00PM, some members will attend via zoom.

 

Any call to public, or public comment must be done in person at the meeting location at:

Meeting location will be available to the public 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.

Pursuant to A.R.S S 38-431.03.A.2 and A.3, the Board may vote to go into Executive Session, which will not be open to the public, for legal advice concerning any item on the agenda or to review, discuss and consider records exempt by law from public inspection, including the receipt and discussion of information or testimony that is specifically  required to be maintained as confidential by state or federal law.
