Social Emotional Supports

Bio of Stephanie M. Rupe
Originally from the New England state of Massachusetts, I now live in the Legend Hills area of Prescott Valley Arizona with my husband. In 2012, I received my Associate of Arts degree in Graphic Design, my Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in English and Psychology in 2015 from the University of Massachusetts, and a Master of Science degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2019. After working in community behavioral health for three years working with children and teens, I decided that my knowledge and experience would better serve me in an educational environment. I received my School Counselor credentials from the Arizona Department of Education in 2020, and am proud to be a faculty member of the Prescott Valley Charter School working with K-8th graders. For the rest of 2021 and the 2021/2022 school years, I will be integrating the 7 Paradigms from the Leader-in-Me initiatives with social emotional learning (SEL) which encompasses social awareness, self-awareness, relationship skills, responsible decision-making, and self-management. Please feel free to contact me at srupe@pvschool.com, or at (928) 772-8744 ext. 164. Thank you, and I look forward to being a part of this wonderful school community!
